- Initiatives for Peak Preparedness and Cross-Skilling
- Dashboard upkeep and learning audits for UFF, SSD, LM, and hybrid LM Continuous learning, DP onboarding, DSP DA, and
- L3 Functional training – UFF,SSD, Hybrid, and LM Learning projects for the network Hybrid Ops Picker Training

Qualification :-
- Experience interacting with and providing Associates and Manager level employees with training or information
- Proficiency in utilising sophisticated Excel techniques to interpret data analytics
- Ability to design educational materials and use Learning Management Systems to promote learning
- proficiency with the instruments used in content creation
- Proof of the capacity to organise, oversee, and finish tasks on time
- Have coaching and performance-related message-delivering experience
