Business Development Executive
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and segments for business expansion.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Highlight the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to address client pain points.
- Drive the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback from clients to aid in product/service enhancement and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, goals achieved, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful deal closures.
