key Responsibilites:-
• Responsible for Component level / Board level repair of Ultrasound / Color Doppler machine at customer premises / Service Centre during warranty and post warranty period.
• Responsible for live demo of our products / customer training.
• Should be able to handle customer queries during demo.
• Responsible for selling AMC to customers, providing service against AMC and collection of Repair / AMC dues from customer.
Qualification :-
• Customer Support, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication skills • Experience in field service
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
