key Responsibilites:-

• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

• Monthly Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

• Budget Analysis: Examine company budgets related to sales activities.

• Sales Evaluation Reports: Create comprehensive sales evaluation reports using collected data.

Qualification :-

• Education: Minimum graduate degree; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 3-4+ years of successful sales experience. • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proven Success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
